Terms of Reference (ToR) Upgrading ICT DIMAS
Short description of project
The delivery of servers, workstations, laptops, printers and software for the DIMAS and the setup of a Local Area Network. The setup will be for a total of about 100 users. This bidding procedure is within the scope of the government Upgrading DIMAS.

Terms of Reference
The ToR will be available (free of charge) from April 7, 2015, 10:00 am at the office of the DIMAS department (Department of Integration, Policy and Administration of Alien), located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad.
Shall take place at the office of the DIMAS department (Department of Integration, Policy and Administration of Alien), located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad on April 21, 2015, 10:00 am. All questions pertaining to the ToR need to be submitted by email no later than April 17, 2015.
Note of Information
Shall be available from April 29, 2015, to all interested parties, and will be sent by email.
Submission of bids
Must be made using the original and authenticated bid form as included within this ToR.
The original bid form as well as an extensive offer including 3 copies of all necessary forms should reach the DIMAS office no later than 10.00 am on May 20, 2015.
Electronic versions, although highly appreciated for our convenience, will not be accepted as official offers. Electronic versions can be sent to Mario.Wever@aruba.gov.aw.
The public tender will take place on 10.00 am on May 20, 2015 at the DIMAS office, Oranjestad.
The foundation ‘FondoDesaroyo Aruba’ (FDA, ‘Aruba Development Fund’) is responsible for the project budget.
