 On behalf of the Country of Aruba the Director of Directie Informatievoorziening en Automatisering (Directorate for Information management and Automation - DIA) announces that the Project IGIS has been awarded as follows:

INVITATION TO PUBLIC TENDER

The Country of Aruba intends to publicly tender the project, to be financed through Fondo Desaroyo Aruba: “Improvement of the Government IT-management Services (IGIS)”

In accordance with Terms of Reference (ToR): ToR DIA, number 1 – year of service 2016

Short description of the work:

The Project aims to enhance the centralized IT services offered by the Directorate for Information management and Automation (DIA) to the Aruban government departments.

Execution term: 40 working days after date of start

The ToR is available at the DIA office, located at the L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad, as of Friday, February 19th 2016 during office hours (from 08:00 am – 11:30 pm and from 01:30 pm – 04:00 pm).

Information will be supplied on Tuesday, March 8th 2016, at 10:00 am, at the DIA office, located at the L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad.

The summary of additional information and changes will be laid down on Tuesday, March 15th 2016, at the DIA office, located at the L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad and will be available / mailed on Tuesday, March 15th 2016.

The public tender will take place on Friday, April 1st 2016, at 10:00 am, at the DIA office, located at the L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad.

The UAR – 1986 Neth. is applicable to this tender.

Mr. Ing. Carlos Bermudez is in charge with the project management.

The term of validity of the bid is 90 days

The bidder has to submit the following documents with his bid:

  1. Proof of entry in the register of the Chamber of Commerce;
  2. Letter of commitment of a recognized bank to issue a bank guarantee;
  3. Other requirements that are stated in the specifications / ToR.

A bid should be made on the bid form, authenticated and enclosed with the ToR.
