Submitting personnel register form

ORANJESTAD – The Department of Labor and Research (Directie Arbeid en Onderzoek-DAO) requests all businesses to submit their personnel register form before April 1, 2015.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Labor Ordinance 2013, employers are required to provide their personnel register (PR) to the Department of Labor and Research (DAO).

The personnel registry consists of 3 parts, namely: current staff by December 2014 (equivalent to the former Personeelsopgave), the staffing of 2015 (corresponding to the Manpower Planning), staffing associated with specific projects (corresponding to the section on projects in Manpower Planning).

With this PR data, DAO can get an impression of the number of personnel and companies active in the labor market. The personnel registry form replaces the Personeelopgave form and the previous Manpower Planning form. You must submit the personnel register, before April 1, 2015 at the DAO located at Paardenbaaistraat 11.

 For more information you may contact the DAO at telephone 583-7720 of the Division of Labor Market Research (Bureau Arbeidsmarktonderzoek). The opening hours of DAO are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.
