ORANJESTAD - In the coming months the Human Capital Consultancy, Training & Assessments division of Deloitte Dutch Caribbean will conduct an employment conditions research commissioned by the Government of Aruba.

Following the results of this study, the government will evaluate and if necessary amend the wage policy and wage structures of the civil service.
This initiative together with other initiatives aims to achieve an effective, professional and customer oriented government organization. To conduct the wage survey, appeals are made on the private and the semi public sector in the coming months. Organizations will be approached with the request to participate in the study.
For this purpose, they will receive two questionnaires that can be filled out and returned to Deloitte. In one questionnaire, the participating organizations can provide general information about the conditions of employment and in the second questionnaire specific information is requested on the basis of established benchmark functions. The participating organizations receive in return an anonymous summary of the research results. With this they can assess on a larger scale their own employment conditions package on the market
The government has a clear agreement with Deloitte to ensure anonymity and confidentiality of the data. The research results will be anonymous and contain no names of organizations or other data which can be traced back to the organization it regards. Only anonymised analysis will be made available by Deloitte to the government.
After processing the results, the submitted data will be destroyed. Deloitte informs the government which organizations did participate but provides no results of individual organizations. By taking part in the study, the participating organizations contribute to further professionalize the HRM policy within the government of Aruba. This ultimately benefits the government services and indirectly the progress of the country Aruba in its totality.

We work together on an informative, accessible and user-friendly Government Portal for Aruba.
